The TV will only use of for ads and enshittification updated.
But then how is it suppossed to see your jellyfin setup? Just block the TVs mac address in your router.
Ever heard of an HDMI cable? just use the TV as a monitor
A trusted streaming box without ads. It will stream far better and not monitor you.
You'll still have to connect it to the network and it'll (probably) have its own remote
