Sainz seems to constantly move twice without consequences.
Isn't that legal so long as it's not done under braking?
Correct me if I'm wrong but from what I know it's allowed to move once before braking and not allowed under braking.
You would know more than me there. I can't tell you one way or the other.

He is allowed to move back up (before the braking zone) while leaving a car width on the outside.
