How would a computer program be manipulated to favor a certain party? The computer program would probably have a cursor start from the top of a state and move from left to right. Once it encompasses a specific population number it would put a figure around it and mark it as a district. Once it reaches the right border of the state, it would go down and move to the left. This would continue until the state is complete.

Copying your reply from another comment just shows how little you can actually refute anything.

How do you plan to offset the rampant corruption endemic in the companies that would be writing your miracle program, quiz kid?

How do I know that you read my replies to others? How would corruption affect the program I mentioned?

How would a company's ethics and business strategy affect the software they write for the customer holding all the money and writing the regulations?

Are you literally incapable of critical thought?

You haven't explained how a company's ethic and business strategy would affect the program I mentioned. Suppose this company had to design a program for a robot which made hamburgers. How would this company's ethic and business strategy affect this.

A burger company has no vested interest in making a partisan burger making program because the way a program makes burgers can't force people into categories where a political outcome is more likely

A company writing a districting program for an easily bribed government has a vested interest in writing a program which will then divide people into groups who are likely to vote in a government who will then be amenable to writing regulations beneficial to the company, creating a self-fulfilling bribery circlejerk.

Which you would very well know if you weren't a troll arguing in bad faith.

This is the last reply you're going to get out of me, since your comments on ICE have made any further engagement with you a moot point.

I don't interact with bootlickers.

You continually refuse to explain how you would make my example computer program partisan. My hamburger making analogy shows that it's not possible to alter the software program for other reasons. The head of the company making the program might be sexual promiscuous but that won't affect the program.

The Senate just ended the partial shutdown without curbs on ICE. It appears Senate Democrats agree with me that they might get the blame for the long lines at airports.
