[2026-04-04] @PressTV: Official to Press TV: Iran can sustain Strait of Hormuz closure for years, will cut US military logistics

[2026-04-04] @PressTV: Note written on an Iranian drone launched at the Zionist entity reads:

"I, Shahed-136, am going to Tel Aviv for negotiations on behalf of the noble people of Iran."

[2026-04-03] @pataramesh: My educated guess:

  • 10% of the Ballistic Missile Launchers may have been neutralized

  • At least tens of thousands of One-way-Attack drones available

[2026-04-02] @jimsciutto: Exclusive: Roughly half of Iran’s missile launchers are still intact and 1000s of one-way attack drones remain in Iran’s arsenal despite daily pounding by US and Israel over the past five weeks, according to recent US intel assessments, three sources familiar with the intel told myself and colleagues @\NatashaBertrand @\halbritz @\talshalev1

Thoughts? This is basically the only good OSINT guy other than neutrino

[2026-04-03] @adnanahusain: US special forces helicopters operating inside Iran and coming under fire reminds me of Operation Eagle Claw. We may see more claws amputated.

Helicopters are more vulnerable than high flying super stealth F-35’s and Iran has reportedly shot down two of them. The search is underway for the pilot apparently in Khuzestan.

[2026-04-03] @VocalPolitics1: Israeli media reported that direct confrontations have erupted between US forces and the IRGC in Iran's southwestern border region between the provinces of Khuzestan and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad. The confrontations broke out during intensive search operations for a missing pilot whose fighter jet was downed in the area.

■ Iran is calling on residents to search for downed US fighter jet pilots in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Provinces: "If you capture an enemy pilot or pilots and deliver them alive to law enforcement and military forces, you will receive a valuable reward."

■ A US KC-130 refueling aircraft that was seen refueling two helicopters reportedly came under fire from Iranian air defenses and has deployed flares.

■ It marks the first known incursion of US forces into Iranian territory at this level, with Special Forces helicopters flying at a much lower altitude than fighter jets.

Roughly half of Iran’s missile launchers are still intact... according to recent US intel assessments

Those are the same jokers who said Russia is nearly out of missiles for 2 whole years. If Iran parked 2 launchers on the white house lawn they couldn't count them all.

Guessing this relies on underestimating what they have underground

underestimating

Estimates require some data to extrapolate from. These people are guessing. Maybe they have destroyed 50% or 10% maybe 90%, only the IRGC knows.

I had forgotten that they had their goofy Magic 8 Ball to shed some light on... a whole lot of nothing, really.
