Are there any criminal cases against EM or are they just civil?
If they are just civil, they will basically have no effect on him.
Elon is losing civil case all the time. He just doesn't care

I just hope that phrase does eventually apply to Elon with how much his business pressence has expanded over the last few years.
The phrase I know is “The bigger they are, the ~~bigger~~ harder they fall”
But I doubt that will apply to EM, as much as I wish it would. There are plenty of people like him who never see any comeuppance. He has enough money to insulate himself forever.
In the US it's, "the bigger they are, the less they can fail"
