Because nobody cares about offline children. Why don't they spend this money on them ? Because they support rich people.

Where you got that information from because according to UNICEF reports children poverty is growing in EU https://www.unicef.org/eu/media/2521/file/The%20State%20of%20Children%20in%20the%20European%20Union%20.pdf
