Dracula spends the whole season in depression, planning to kill all humans (and starve the vampires in the process) in a bout of depression.right before this he has a verbal, then physical fight with his son over his actions where he's desparate to pull his punches out of love. then Belmont comes in with a haymaker, because he's simply a vampire hunter, and makes Dracula remember fighting for the love of the game
