Not really, not a big gamer. As a (new) user of the site, I would expect games of outstanding quality and emulators to show up. Say SuperTuxkart and ScummVM.
I would say itch.io would be one you could post on there.
Can you play games offline with itch.io? I could play offline for a while on Steam and then they forced an internet connection suddenly. I'm getting sick of being tracked for shit I paid for.
I play offline all the time on steam. If a game isn't working then it's probably a game problem, not steam.
