If you're on Android then use the Nora app from F-droid.
If you've got a home server then self-host Redlib. I run this through Gluetun VPN and it has the added benefit of not needing age verification (UK) and imgur working properly and needs no account for making a list of subscribed feeds.
Just wanted to say, Nora is awesome! It's trillian for social media crap.
