Pichai has acheived next to nothing in 11 years at google that wasnt set up by previous leadershi-- all while keeping one of the largest and finest development teams in the world. No big product launches since 2015 when he too over. His "bard" AI effort crashed and burned. He can feel free to shut up and sit down. This pencil-dickde loser needs to do more listening than talking.
I have not large doubts that he and even some people in his position elsewhere can be replaced by AI. We could save a hell lot of money and be even more productive!
