I use Firefox's built in password manager because its crossplatform and I can use it on all my devices.

Nope, Lockwise on Android extends it to all Android apps

Yes, but i use Firefox everywhere (on Windows at work, on Linux at home, on Android on my phone) so it's works pretty well.
