One thing you can always do is make a really low effort website, and put content you've written on it. Maybe nobody else will ever find it, but maybe some brave explorer will go on an internet safari and stumbleupon your creation...

That sounds like so much work! I mean even just the website design, you'd need to extensively learn front-end best practices, CSS, JavaScript libraries... Clicks link

Or you could just take some ready made package, deactivate things you don't need and accept what you are left with.

I learned to make websites in the 1990s in html3 in notepad. I didn't learn anything about making websites after that :D

Yeah, it is great for many reasons. I really dislike modern websites that need to load a metric ton of js to load what could have been a little html and css. Reminds me of https://motherfuckingwebsite.com and forks.
