i downloaded a torrent file, and for good practice started seeding overnight reaching more than the 1:1 ratio, should i just delete the file or is there a way to correctly stop seeding?, im using qbitorrent

(im posting here because the community is more active and its kinda related)

Do you have a seed box? I would assume with that many torrents?

Yes and no. I keep a seedbox for convenience, but the vast majority of them are hosted on a home server.

Not in any noticeable way. I have a gigabit connection and the server runs over ethernet so it doesn’t clog up the wifi. There is no noticeable difference when I run a speed test on another device with the server turned on vs. turned off. I’ve never gotten an ISP letter either, so it seems I’m doing something right.
