Yeap, it's not like on the road where you have to allow for discrepancies in speedometers and what not. Over the limit is over the limit, no leeway.

Do you know, what do their speedometers look like? I suppose if they’re digital. Otherwise it seems like it would be hard to tell.

The drivers don't manage their pit lane speed my guy. It's a limiter toggle

this probably happened upon entering or exiting pit lane. he probably missed judge the timing
