I don't think that was a lockup. Norris ever so slightly touched the barrier. And Russell was following close behind and hit it harder.
Yep, that’s what they showed happened on the f1tv feed. They posited that Lando hit it making it pop out a bit and George following so close wound up hitting it harder because it moved. But it’s p clear from the replay that the right rear failed from the contact of not the front too.
