MODERATORS
They did explicitly say that premium armour rewards were transmog only, and that not paying for the battle pass won't put you at a disadvantage gear wise.
Hoping it is; wording seems a bit vague
They were very, very clear in the livestream that they are only transmogs.
Explicitly clear and stated it multiple times
