Alberta's road to quitting the Canada Pension Plan would run smack into a scheduled 2027 provincial election, with Opposition New Democrats promising to kill the idea if they win.

It's aged now. The boomers are in their 70s. The wave will be ending in a decade and our population will get younger.

Our population is on average younger than the rest of Canada... hence why they feel entitled to 52% of the cpp
