“The floating barrier with an estimated length of 300 meters was discovered by the PCG and BFAR (Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources) personnel onboard BRP Datu Bankaw when they conducted routine maritime patrol last September 22, 2023 at the vicinity of BDM,” Tarriela said in a statement.

Simple cut the barriers. They can't patrol it 24 hours.

Then station our coast guard there. China uses fear tactics but they won't attack first because they still try to protect their reputation to the rest of the world. But shouldn't attack first either. Just a simple presence there would back them off.
