YouTube Vanced was discontinued over a year ago. The link you posted is malware. The app may work, but you shouldn't trust it.
YouTube ReVanced is the successor. http://revanced.app/ is the only official link. Uninstall that fake Vanced and use ReVanced instead.
I've still got Revanced installed on my phone, but I've gone a step further and setup my own Piped instance, for added privacy. Only downside is there's no Piped client for Chromecast (yet).
