- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). It would probably be better for him to run, get re-elected, and then step down in favor of his VP. That way the Democrats still get the sitting president bonus votes
There's a good chance he loses though. This age issue is only getting more dire in voters minds . He's already not poling great. Imagine when McConell kicks it mid-campaign. Bidens numbers will tank. He's going to get Trump elected if he stays in the race. And it's almost too late to drop out.
Trump acts older than a dinosaur and is as senile as Feinstein was. I will never forget being told to drink bleach and take sunlight up the ass. Also, Person, woman, man, camera, TV.
If age is an issue because of Biden, then it would be just as bad for trump.
Yeah, I can tell this is not a good faith argument, because like everyone else replying to you has said, Trump is only 3 years younger than Biden. Everyone else running for office is in their late 60s or early 70s, except of course the felon, who is so low on the totem pole he might as well stop running.
Really, what's wrong with Biden? He gaffes? This was a problem from the time he was a kid. He doesn't gaffe because he's old. He gaffes because he has a speech impediment. In every other measure, he has a keen mind and sound policies. He thinks things through, consults with experts on his team, and lets the people on the ground get the job done. I see no reason to deny him another four years based on what he's done so far, except maybe the worry that if he dies in office, Kamala Harris comes in (then again, she may prove herself a shrewd leader too). Besides, if you want word salad, listen to Trump.
I'm starting to think this may be like the Hillary bashing in 2015: a psyop by Republicans and/or Russians to try to peel votes off our guy in 2024 so Trump can steal it.
Who is the felon you are referring to? (I’m not playing dumb, I actually am.)
Don't get me wrong, I'm not disagreeing with you. But at this point if you're not aware that the perception of the majority of the American electorate - whether justified or not - is that Biden is ancient and has lost a step, and that Trump isn't, and that that fact is hurting Bidens chances of being reelected, then you have your head buried in the ground. I 100% agree that Trump is basically the same age as Biden and comparing the two, Trump is way more senile and decrepit. I'm acknowledging that the majority of my fellow Americans don't seem to share in that perception, and it's an issue.
Thank you for comparing it to Hillary bashing in '16, because it proves my point. Trump won that election.
Trump is only 3 years younger than Biden.
Anybody talking about the age factor in regards to Biden is arguing in bad faith. Either that or they can't do math and are as good at math as the raiders head coach.
It's possible to think Biden is too old, and for that not to be an endorsement of trump on any level.
Trump needs to be fired out of a canon into the Sun. I've despised the guy since I first learned about him clear back in 1988. Yeah, that long. Really.
That doesn't change my opinion that Biden is too old to be President.
Stop this propagandist bullshit.
