I'm no fan of either of these corporate entities approach to antitrust, but surely Microsoft is having a laugh right?
When you're paid what CEOs are, a key job skill is being able to soullessly argue any ridiculous position regardless of whether you believe it or not.
Well they are always going to be looking for any oppurtunity to tow the company line. But this one is kinda hilarious.
