Oh right that portal! I totally forgot about that detail. Have we ever seen something like that in One Piece before?
I mean the world has no magic, so it could be some demon portal fruit ability or maybe technology from Egghead? But it has the number 5 in it on the ground. So there are others for the 5 Elders? Then it wouldn't be his fruit ability with a number 5. Vegapunk's inventions often have numbers on them. So some Stargate network the Elders can use? A platform on the the ship? Some personal tunnel transport device? Vega-hole 05?
That will be interesting to see, how Oda made that happen.
I can't remember any portals or Magic circles, but the ninja from wano could use jujutsu which kind of is magic.
It could be from vegapunk but I feel like the style of the portal doesn't fit to his style. I think it's likely a devil fruit or just a ability of the elders
