Yea it's pretty messy. It would be better if there was a link to a separate page with a clean list of what the change would include. The main page should just have the few important points on why this is bad.
I know a little bit about the issue, and even I was confused about what was up
It's not great. I'm not saying it's horrible, but it could be a lot more straightforward.
