My custom URL works fine for me. Zlibrary never went down really, there were always alternative ways to access the site and that still stands. The TOR site is still up and running too.
Lucky you, mine won't work :( But I'll try TOR
Try to get your hands on the mobile app too, it was also resilient when the site went down :)
