Hard crash! Good to know he's okay. Those kerbs really do a number on the suspension. I bet the rest of the drivers finally listened to their engineers now.

I wouldn't be surprised if something was already failing just before running wide. It is barely a corner running up to the straight, no way Kevin would have run wide in normal conditions.

That makes sense. But there was no video showing him hitting a barrier or something. What else could have caused the suspension to fail?

Inferior quality component, excessive wear, material exhaustion can all be factors at play. Only Haas will know
