Public Betas are out, who's going in? (appadvice.com)

The new iOS/iPadOS 17, WatchOS 10 and MacOS Sonoma public betas are out.

Are you going to try them? This is the first time i’m eager to try the beta, as there are so many nice small things I would like to try, but I’m not sure if this is stable enough to try it?

I am using an external monitor connected to my m1 iPad Pro but i ran in to following issues which might be resolved with the new update.

Maybe you could tell me:

is it possible to share a connected external screen e.g. in MS Teams or is it still limited to the iPad screen only?
is it possible to play audio on the iPad and not via the external monitor?

I don’t use Teams, so I’m not sure about this one. My guess would be no.
And currently, you cannot target the audio output in that way, no. At least not that I’ve found. This is something I’d like to see, too. I also have a M1 ipad and use it on an external monitor during the day a lot. My dock has a headphone jack (courage!) I use with my PC speakers, and I have to unplug and re-plug them in every time because the dock thinks I want to use the monitor speakers via HDMI.
