This was the closest I could find to a breakdown of LRT3 cost rationalisations and I uploaded it to Reddit. I wish I could find the same for MRT2!

I'm fucking angry at how the then-PH government would want to save 455 million on feeder buses given how shitty our bus services have become. What can 455 million do that is more important than feeder buses?
