Nah it has a local-sounding name but when it ships you get a tracking number that says it was sent from China by boat and then nothing for 7 months when suddenly you find it in front of the door. On the plus side shipment was $3.
Both are on point really.
They'll make you pay for customs and import duties like the dude over at jalopnik keeps documenting.
