What the fuck is a "Liberal Zionist"? Why don't you head on back to stormfront or truth social or nambla or wherever you antisemitic conservative dickbags like to hang out these days? Normal people don't want to interact with right-wing nutjobs.
Nearly every act of racism, antisemitism, misogyny, homophobia, xenophobia or other bigotry ever committed has been committed by conservatives. There is simply no place in modern society for conservatism. It is a plague of oppression, sickness and death. It always has been.
There were several blog posts right here on News from “progressive Jewish people” whining about how they felt left behind and abandoned by the western progressives. Because they felt their desire to exterminate the Palestinian people, justified as a “right to defend themselves”, was their “fight against the oppression” of terrorism. They felt betrayed by their fellow LGBTQ+, feminists and ethnic minorities who called for a cease fire, because according to them “anti-zionism is anti-semitism”.
So they do exists, you just must've missed them so far.
Those people you are labelling as "progressive" are in no way progressive, not even by their own standards. Conservative Jews are very much a thing.
Liberal Zionism is one of the main forms of Zionism in Israel (along with Labor Zionism and Revisionist Zionism)
Your anti-conservative screed fails to grapple with the fact that all Zionism must be opposed. Every Zionist supported the Nakba, every Zionist opposes the right of return for Palestinian refugees, every Zionist supports limiting the rights and freedoms of Palestinians.
If you don't understand Israeli politics you probably shouldn't go around attacking other people.
"Zionist" is an antisemitic dog-whistle used by conservative subhuman garbage. I am not an expert on Israeli politics, but I am very well-versed in the dangers of conservatism. You might be careful tossing around typical conservative slur-code like "zionist" in mixed company.
Zionism should not be equated with Judaism, and the fact that there are anti-Zionist Jews is proof enough of that.
I'm opposed to Zionism as a European settler-colonial project to set up a racist apartheid occupation on stolen land.
