Just use Firefox? Available on desktop and Android.
It even has adblock extensions on Android!
I ocassionaly use mull on android, it will be my main browser if it isn't so fucking slow.
Firefox is as fast Chrome these days.
The suggestion is correct but OP said they want a chromium based option for some reason
