Gun Gale Online knows what it is and punches accordingly to it's weight. A lot of anime with potential fail because they try being something they aren't. GGO is just a fun romp and delievers exactly what it promises.

Probably the only one out of the rest of the franchise that I wish was real. The closest we have is Destiny 2 I suppose for that FPSMMO feeling. Or if the GGO game worked more like PSO2 in terms of meeting random players on the field.
