That would suck not just because usually is terrible slow (and I know it will just be the site not the downloads on tor) but because that might cause them to fight more Tor and use this as excuse.

Also Tor is ironically not good for TORrenting. I2P would be the move.

I just checked i2p website and it looks like they launched a bundled distribution easy to install just like torbrowser. Hope it catches on and more filesharing moves to i2p.

WHAAAAAAAT?! I've been waiting* for this since Tails removed i2p! If this runs on linux I'll have it within the hour!

*waiting in the sense of desiring, I have used i2p a bit with i2pd but not extensively.

Well it's Easy Install Bundle For Windows (Beta), so no linux for now other than traditional packages.
