When the army has to resort to Twitch streams to advertise recruitment you know the situation is dire.
The next time you’re on Tiktok, try to scroll thru 10 different Live streams, I can nearly guarantee you, if you live in the USA, you WILL get at least one military person doing a live stream and being like “yup just another day at work, Im just chilling” like maybe it sounds conspiratorial but I feel like they’re PsyOps, there’s no way they’re actually on break, it’s all PR

Exactly and tbh I would even understand if they were doing official PR in their streams, but the whole “nah Im not working rn, im just on break” element seems slightly forced/a bit weird that there are so many suggested

The point of the comment is that the US Army is pretty much resorting to horniness for recruitment.
Sounds like a recipe for "comfort women" in the future. Honestly considering the US military's record of misbehavior in its foreign bases though maybe that line is already somewhat crossed.
It is quite fucked up that they could actually improve recruitment if they chose to embrace that stuff instead of keeping it an open secret.
