That's funny. I see plenty of fresh memes in communities that aren't this garbage dump. Hell, I see plenty of good stuff here when it isn't run over by a bunch of shit that doesn't belong.
You understand a meme is just anything you find funny that you share with others, yeah? Not everyone is going to find every meme funny, that’s just silly.
They could start their own meme community and see how that works out for them.
