Edit: Just in case it wasn't obvious, I'm not making fun of the guy.
He looks like he needs oxygen tubes inserted every hour to stay alive
Not at all! He's likely in his mid to late seventies, doesn't have a cane visible, his skin shows normative coloration, and has none of the usual signals of difficulties with oxygen. No tell-tale indentations around the nose from regular tube contact, nor does his facial hair or skin show the usual indications of c-pap or other mask use.
Dude looks like someone in normal health for his age range. If I showed up at his house to take care of a patient, I would assume he was a family member, not the patient.
