Some will do real fingers if you ask them nice enough, and enough times.
I've gotten lucky a few times but normally it then makes the image and hands and misses the point. Clearly I'm still working on my prompts.
Yeah I wish more people would post prompts and process so we can extrapolate how to do things better.
I believe some even run it through a text to image generator, than an image to image generator as well.
