I think that sounds great for people who just want to support the Democratic Party in general. Its chief focus is on 'impact' of your donations.
I support specific candidates. I don't want to give money to Joe Manchin 2.0 just because they have a (D) next to their name, even if it adds another Democrat in the House or Senate. That seat is just going to flip Red again in the future anyways.
I want to support candidates who are actually pushing the party in a specific (Leftward) direction, and that is explicitly not the goal of this app, which seems to be ideology-agnostic.
