A federal appeals court blocked a racist Florida law that restricts Chinese citizens from buying land from being enforced against the two people who sued the state. The court did not, however, block the law entirely; it's still in effect for everyone else. One of the judges, Nancy Abudu, agreed that this was a blatant violation of the Fourteenth Amendment, and the ACLU of Florida intends to continue fighting to prevent this law from being enforced more broadly.

This fight isn't over, but this decision certainly acknowledges the discriminatory nature of this law and is a big win.

Oh no poor little lonely settler colony US of A is being colonized by the compradors of it's neocolonies.

They abuse our environmental and water usage laws and regulations, destroying our environment and using up our water.

Jfc the gall of yanks.

The US itself is an abuse of the country and an affront to humanity. It's citizens unable to see the irony of genociding the indigenous people and wantonly destroying the environment and then getting upset that foreign capital does the exact thing that US imperialism is set up to achieve.

Your problem is not with Indians or Saudi Arabians. It's with capitalism. It doesn't matter who owns the property. The problem that you dislike is the fact that private property exists in the first place. If you put the racism down and step away from it, you might see that more clearly.
