Search up any links to foreign white-nationalist groups... if it turns out they have ties to the AFU (Eg. Azov et Aidar battalion) C14, Wagner, I won't be surprised if this was the result of foreign policy 'blowback' that helped increase such activity like this
(Not to say that America is not white supremacist inherently, just that it never used a swastika as much to do so)
StepBack has a great video about the history of white supremacism in the US. It's long but worthwhile.
The US has been flying the swastika far more and far longer than you would at first expect.

If I had to guess probably "When White Supremacists Declared War on America" but I might be wrong. The one on white women I remember being really good too, it goes into how how white supremacy was a notable component of the suffragist movement.
