This is so stupid that I cannot believe it. It seemed that several players already had lost respect for him. Now who is going to listen to a manager who they know is going to leave.
it is an especially big fuck up, because they had one of the most exciting young managers too who was a Bayern fan, and the worst of it was, they sacked him while they were in all 3 comps and then exited the 2 cups immediately
It will go down in Bayern history as one of the greatest manegerial transfer disasters in the club's history. The comical thing was brazzo and Kahn explaining that they did it to 'protect' the treble(incredible hubris that) and then promptly watched us get knocked the fuck out of both the cups. As a Bayern fan I was laughing, crying and seething at the same time during that phase
