Everyone's issues with WebP are actually issues with anything around WebP

I used to hate WebP but then installed qt5 image formats something or other and i can now view WebP same as any other standad image type.

I don't think this is simply WebP hate but its about Jpeg-XL superiority. It is a very new codec with very efficient compression

That's fair, XL is undeniably better but at the same time i do feel like webP has gotten some unjustified hate when JpegXL isnt in the picture

I guess thats from windows users whose default image viewer don't support webp, also the set of ms office apps(idk if changed tho)
