The post says born rich looking. I don't think people who are born into money become escorts.
If you're an escort for rich people you generally are expected to also look like a rich person. Especially if you're going to a weird exclusive dinner thingy.
I don't remember her being an escort.
Well it was a pretty major plot point
I honestly forgot about most of that movie almost immediately after watching it.
