Monero under spam attack, is Nostr's creator behind it?

There is currently a fee bug with Monero, that the wallet doesn’t automatically bump the fee when there is a backlog. This fee bug is causing sync issues with many wallets. The bug has already been solved with Anonero.io, and other wallets will be rolling out fixes shortly.

🤣 Clowns. Instead of fixing their coin they attack other working coins to push people into their BS LN.
*Edit: Looks like they have given up for now, the good part is we do not need to attack BTC, it is under perpetual attack from itself 👍
Monero will weather this and be fine. I'd prefer to wait on tx at this point rather than consider LN as a better alternative.
What service are you using that generates the mempool tx with those graphics?
