I'm no expert in Muslim theology, but isn't it at least a little bit haram to make a humanoid robot and name it Mohammed?
Mohammed is a fine name for anyone. Iconography representing humans can be haram, but that is about icons not words or names.
I think there's a difference between naming something Mohammed and depicting THE Mohammed.
Mohammed is the most popular first name in the world, if the internet isn't lying to me.
