So I’ve been putting off upgrading the fence on my trusty Rigid 4512 for a few years.

I’ve got a big cabinet project coming up and of course my fence of choice, the Vega 40 Pro is no longer available.

Anybody have experience upgrading the 4512 and have any recommendations?

EDIT: Considering Delta T30 and Shop Fox W2005.

That's a beauty for sure. Do you find it limiting that it has a 25" maximum rip? Adding it to my wishlist, but as of now $300 or so is probably my limit.

Locally that fence costs nearly $700! sheesshhhh

EDIT: Hold on....may have found it for $400. :)

In general, If I need to cut off more than its capacity, I'm using a circular saw with a track or straight edge.

As for the price, I wasn't aware it was so high. I paid $350 for it. I think it was a holiday sale or something like that.
