The observation on shirt sleeves feels like someone flipping a light switch in my head. Mind blown.
I do disagree on curly hair, even ignoring the racial biases - I feel like a curly moptop can look really good and masculine if you pair it with a surfer dude aesthetic. It might be less fool-proof than the advice given though.
