Goats piss on their own faces for the smellz. Goat + urine is redundant.
Also, fun fact: Lady goats have to be kept away (or at least up wind) of gentleman goats if they are being milked for commercial products. If she catches a whiff of a sexy man goat her milk will taste of horny goat pheromones (extra goaty).
