The only way Texas is going to get a bullet train is if Trump - for whatever reason - suddenly starts saying all the time how much he loves bullet trains. I think the chance of that happening is about 1 in 1,000,000.

It’s possible that if he meets with Kim Jong Un again, he can redpill Trump on trains and he comes back to America wanting to build the best trains.
