MODERATORS
This is only to be expected, as is the inclusion of weed tents and smoking areas once they see it'll make them money.
People making money don't want things to change until it's clear they can make more money.
You underestimate the Bavarian politicians. It's not about the money (or reason), it's all about sending a message.
