Great game, completely web based. Has an extremely active community, and is coming up on its 20th anniversary. If you want more details, help, or anything at all just message me In-Game as Zoot.
I found out about the game because one of the devs or something is funding AccursedFarms AKA Ross Scott's campaign against games as a service so he did a promotion of the game. I thought I'd share it, it reminds me of NationStates in a way, I'll try to try it out, thank you for your help, I'll message you if I do!
